WHAT PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
Let’s – Talk collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users register, request publications or other information, sign up for conferences and events, and participate in user posting areas, such as bulletin boards, discussion forums, and surveys. HOW MAY LET’S – TALK USE MY PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION?
Let’s – Talk uses your personally-identifiable information to fulfil your requests for information, to process your requests to participate in conferences, courses and other learning events, or for such other business purposes as you may initiate or request. When participating in our surveys, Let’s – Talk may collect information about you and certain demographic information pertaining to your employment such as position and tenure. This information will be used to produce reports and consulting services as requested by you or your organization. Let’s – Talk will also use anonymized and aggregated survey response data for research and statistical purposes.
EVENT PAYMENTS & CREDIT CARDS
On our website, we offer you the possibility to purchase online tickets at our learning events.
When you choose to pay online for your desired event, a valid credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) must be used at reservation time and full payment will be deducted from your credit card at purchase time. You can also only pay for you tickets online.
Payment authorisation is done by an external process (NETOPIA Mobilpay) and Let’s – Talk is not responsible for using credit/debit cards that are not valid, or for their misuse. In case your online payment was not confirmed, you should address to the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.
For credit cards issued in other currencies than the Euro, cardholders will incur fees charged by the issuing banks and any difference resulting from the performed exchange, also from the issuing bank, Let’s – Talk having no knowledge or control about the exchange rates used by the issuing banks.
TICKET DELIVERY METHOD
All Let’s – Talk event tickets are in electronic format. For the event paid online, the e-ticket is automatically issued and sent via e-mail to the address mentioned at the purchase moment. After payment is confirmed, you will receive also an e-mail confirmation for your event seat reservation.
CANCELATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
If you want to cancel your ticket or to change your ticket details after ticket purchasing and after the booking session has been closed, please contact Let’s – Talk at email@example.com in this regard. The money will be charged back to the used credit card, according to the fare conditions you have booked.
